These packages are commonly used, if you would like a bespoke service, please give us a call and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

You could opt to have your day filmed on High Definition or HD as it is known, we will shoot the day on HD edit in HD then store it for when you get your HD player and HD TV in the future. Add £200 to the price of any package you wish. The reason there is an additional cost is because at present we have to edit the film twice once for the HD version which will be stored until a later date and one so you can have your film on DVD now.

Memories of the day
This is the tear jerker of the film and it has been popular since we introduced it 25 years ago, it follows the day in a condensed form, using slow motion and your favourite piece of music, can be done in Colour, Black and white or with spot colour Black and white.
£120 when ordered with a package or £200 after the editing has taken place.
(It is included with the Happy Ever After Complete package).

Childhood Memories
As the name suggests pictures of the couple from Birth to just before they met then some pictures of the times they have spent together. Total pictures would be around 20.

Brides Preparation Location
We cover the location of the Bride getting prepared with lots of shots and sequences that the groom will never see, unless we film it, this could include, Hair & Beauty preparation, flowers arriving, details of the dress and bridesmaids dresses, bridesmaids preparation, wedding cards, presents, and typically anything to do with the wedding you will want to remember and capture on film at the location, all of this will be edited to music of your choosing, we are always as unobtrusive as possible all our previous clients tell us it true, so you have nothing to do except be yourself.

Grooms Location
We cover the location of the Groom getting prepared with lots of shots and sequences that the bride will never see, this could include, Best man cooking breakfast, Groom, best man and ushers getting ready, or as we have many times film the guys out on the golf course, karting, down the pub, etc; we have produced many enjoyable sequences for Grooms over the years on the morning of the wedding so if you can conceive it, we will film it and make a montage of it, again setting to music of your choice.

The Rehearsal
Introduced in 2004, where we come to the rehearsal and capture the run through and get the Bride and Groom separately to talk about how they met. When edited the Bride and Groom's interviews are used as a voice over the slow motion images from the rehearsal and collated in order to show the emotion and laughter of this part of the day that no one normally sees.

Because UK petrol is the most expensive on the planet,

we are now having to charge fuel to all weddings this will be inlcuded in your final balance payment.

(AA calculated charge is 40p per mile).

Also toll or parking charges occurred will be invoiced after the day.

If neccessary an overnight stay would be required if travel time more than 1.5 hours back to base.

HIGH DEFINTION IS HERE!

New in 2006 High Definition or HD as it is known.

At present we are producing client films on high definition for those who choose to upgrade and see the future. This will give a much superior picture and sound over DVD quality, DVD being around 550 lines resolution and VHS 270 lines and HD coming in at 1080i the quality is simply stunning. We are the first to film, edit and produce High definition films in the south west, some companies may say they are shooting in high def' but some of these are consumer cameras and are not true 1080i high definition, make sure your wedding day is being correctly archived for future generations.

A client asked:- Why are we producing high def' films already when we haven't got any means to play it on yet?

Well for the last 25 years have always tried to be a step ahead of current thinking what is next we always ask ourselves, High Def' is what will be happening just like when DVD took over from VHS, would you go back now? NO!

We are at present, for those who choose, are shooting on HD then editing on HD storing a HD master of your day, then we go back to the edit again and produce a DVD for you to have ready for the time you get back from honeymoon, which means in the future you will come back to us and ask us for an HD version of your day, when you have a HD DVD player and TV, you pay the transfer costs and that's it. Maybe several years after your wedding day you are able to have a current format in true HD because you had the foresight to have it filmed that way back when you got married.

How Much will this cost us?
This option is available now and the additional initial cost to any package of your choice is £200.

What extra work goes into it? Well, we have to edit the film in HD first, put it to an HD source for storage for future use then, we go back and re edit the film and put it to DVD for you to watch now, then in future when the technology becomes readily available come back to us and we will re master a BLURAY version.
